Residential Services
A $35.00 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule every appointment. There is a $25 pet fee for all homes containing animals. All appointments are subject to sales tax as required by law, based on your residency. Personal checks are not accepted. Verified business checks are allowed. Discounts are available for weekly and biweekly fast and efficient cleanings.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance or you will have to pay another scheduling fee. Rescheduling in advance is easy and allows you to maintain your deposit.
If you sign up for bi-weekly cleaning services (26 cleanings) or monthly cleaning services (12 cleanings) this becomes a one time scheduling fee of $75.00 for the entire year.

All residential pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, but still includes cleaning of the kitchen and all common areas. Bedrooms are $75 per bedroom and bathrooms are $30 per bathroom. This is the pricing structure used for all residential appointments. There is a price increase based on severity.
