Minimum Cost for Service - $70.00

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule every appointment and the balance is due after the cleaning is complete. There is a $25 pet fee for all homes containing animals. A severity charge of $75 will be added to all appointments that contain excessive hair, excessive trash, and pet residue.

If you sign up for bi-weekly cleaning services (26 cleanings) or monthly cleaning services (12 cleanings) This becomes a one time scheduling fee of $50.00 for the entire year.
