Cancelation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule every appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance or you will forfeit your deposit. Rescheduling in advance is easy and allows you to maintain your deposit.

Minimum Cost for Service - $70.00

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule every appointment and the balance is due after the cleaning is complete. There is a $25 pet fee for all homes containing animals. A severity charge of $75 will be added to all appointments that contain excessive hair, excessive trash, and pet residue.

If you sign up for bi-weekly cleaning services (26 cleanings) or monthly cleaning services (12 cleanings) This becomes a one time scheduling fee of $50.00 for the entire year.
